On our website, we provide you with information concerning the condition and characteristics of our goods. This representation of the goods is not to be construed as a contract offer and is nonbinding request to you to order goods from us. By placing an order, you declare your contractual offer to enter into a sales contract. We will confirm receipt of your order without delay. 4. Price of Goods
All prices stated are the final price in euros and include the legally required German VAT, currently 19%.
Special offers are indicated as such on our website.
In addition, shipping costs are billed. When the total price of goods in a single order reaches a certain amount, depending on the country of delivery, no shipping costs will be charged. Further information on this and accepted forms of payment can be found under the heading "6. Payment, Shipping Charges".
5. Term of Delivery
Delivery is within 7-14 days after receipt of order, for pre-payment orders within 7-14 days of receipt of payment. Should receipt of goods be desired by a specific date, such as for a birthday or Christmas present, we ask you to let us know this so that we can check the possibility of advancing production.

II. Further Information on Electronic Sales Contracts

The following information on online contracts is not to be construed as our conditions of contract. These are to be found in our general "Terms & Conditions" .
1. How does an online sales contract with us work?
Before uploading your own photo or other digital image to myooge.com and ordering it as an art print, you must sign in with your ID consisting of your email address and the password you have chosen.
If you are not yet a registered user, you must first register as a new customer by providing your email address and desired password. Then you will receive an automatic email answer from us with information on activating your account. Please be aware that our automatic emails may be sorted out or marked as spam by some webmail providers (i.e. gmx and web.de). If you are a customer of such a provider, please check your spam folders for receipt of our automatic email reply.
After signing on, you can upload various picture files into your own personal picture folder. Only you, with your ID, have access to these files. No other user has access to your picture files.
The content of your picture file folder as it was when you signed out will be shown to you again when you sign in the next time.
You can delete images in your personal picture file folder at any time by clicking an image's corresponding delete button.
By means of the selection "Processing", you can select an image from your folder and by clicking the corresponding button proceed to detailed configuration. Here, in addition to certain processing options dependent on the material, you can also select the size and number of prints to be ordered. Our shop system will generate a recommendation for the maximum print size.
Once you have configured your desired image, made your choices for material and size as well as the other options possible, you can place it in your virtual shopping cart by pressing the button "add to cart".
Then you can configure more pictures from your personal folder and add them to your shopping cart or at any time click the button "check out" or the "cart" icon situated in the menu above to see the contents of your virtual shopping cart and provide the information necessary for delivery and payment.
If you would like to remove an item from your virtual shopping cart, click the button delete next to that particular article.
Once you find all articles in the desired quantity and configuration in your shopping cart, you can enter your billing information as well as delivery address if different from billing address and of course the information needed for payment. Forms of payment accepted can be found in point 6 of the customer information above.
You can enter the code for any coupons (gift certificates, for example) in the space labeled "coupon code". The amount on the coupon will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
In the space for "remarks", you can provide us with any other special information, for example concerning special delivery dates.
In addition, before completing your order you must confirm your acceptance of our general Terms & Conditions. Please read this statement of confirmation thoroughly.
Finally, you can decide if you would like to receive our newsletter in future for information on current special offers, for example. You can always change your mind later and cancel your newsletter subscription by removing or adding your email address on our homepage www.ooge.com.
You can bring your shopping cart up to date at any time by clicking the button "update". Then, changes in the total order price caused by entry of a coupon code or selection of the pre-payment option (2% discount) will be calculated to show you a new total. Transfer of data to us by clicking the "send my order" button, however, will always calculate the final order price even if you have not pressed the "update" button beforehand and will thus always take coupons and pre-payment options into account.
You place your order by clicking the button "send my order". Before doing so, please check to be sure the information in your virtual shopping cart is accurate and complete.
When we receive your order, you will always receive an automatic order confirmation from our shop system. If you do not receive such a confirmation, please contact us so we can check the status of your order. It is our experience that our automatic confirmations are handled as spam by some webmail providers (gmx and web.de for example). To be sure that this is not the case for you, please check your spam folders for receipt of a confirmation email if you do not find it otherwise.
2. Entry Mistakes
Mistakes in entering data can always be corrected before concluding your order, or you can simply break off the entire order process.
After sending your order please check our automatic confirmation for any possible mistakes. You must promptly inform us of any spelling and calculation mistakes or any other incorrect data in your order.

Collection, processing, and usage of personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only save access data without personal references, such as the name of your internet provider, the page from which you linked to us, or the name of the file you requested. This information is used by us exclusively to improve our service and provides us no information about your personal identity.
Personal data are only collected when you voluntarily provide them when placing an order, opening a customer account, or registering for our newsletter. Unless you specifically grant us permission to do otherwise, we only use the information you provide us for the preparation and processing of your order. Once your order has been fully processed and full payment has been received, your data will be blocked from access for further use and deleted after expiration of the term required by tax and commercial law. When you register for the newsletter, you agree that we can use your email address for our own advertising purposes until you cancel your newsletter subscription.
Providing Personal Information to Third Parties, Credit Checks
We provide delivery companies with your personal information only to the extent necessary for them to deliver the goods you order. For processing of payments, we provide the banking institution involved with your payment information.
Should we incur costs in advance of payment, we are allowed to request a credit check to protect our own interests from SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden. Your rights to privacy of personal information are respected here too in accordance with legal requirements. Provision of your data to other third parties is excluded.
Using Cookies
To enable you to place orders in our online shop, calling up certain pages will generate a so-called session cookie. This is a small text file which is automatically deleted from your computer when you end your browser session. The purpose of this file is exclusively to enable you to use certain applications, such as our shopping cart system. In our shop, cookies are used for storing your session ID and our partners' IDs so you can call them up again during your next visit to our site. The cookies generated expire after 30 days. Cancellation of Authorizations
You may have explicitly authorized the following in the course of your order process. We would like to inform you that you can cancel such authorizations at any time for the future.
Opening a Customer Account
By opening a customer account I authorize the storage of identification information (email) and usage information (user name, password) in a customer database. In this way, I can easily find saved pictures in subsequent visits and make use of other extras. This authorization can be withdrawn for the future at any time by deleting my customer account in the membership area.
Authorization for email advertisements
I would like to be regularly informed of interesting offers by email. My email address will not be given to other businesses. I can withdraw this authorization to use my email address at any time for the future by removing my email address from the newsletter list on the homepage.
